I'm Cahlil Canada ("I", "me"), and I take your privacy seriously. This page spells out what this website collects, what I do with it, and the choices you have.
What I collect
- What you send me — your name, phone number, email address, and anything you type into a contact form: your message, the home you're asking about, or a call or showing request.
- Basic site usage — standard web server logs such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate location from your IP address. I use these only to keep the site running and see which pages are actually useful.
How I use it
I use your contact details to answer your question, set up showings or calls, and send you the information you asked for about buying, selling, or investing in the Antelope Valley and San Fernando Valley. I don't sell or rent your personal information.
Who else sees it
Your information may be shared with the service providers that keep this site and its forms running (for example, form-processing and email tools), with The Rise Group and Real Brokerage when a transaction requires it, and when the law requires it.
Cookies and third parties
This site loads fonts and icons from outside providers (Google Fonts, Font Awesome) and links out to social media. Each of those services follows its own privacy policy, not mine.
